Akapnou
is a traditional Greek Cypriot village in the Limassol
district. It is a 20 minutes scenic drive from the coast.
Akapnou lies in a semi mountainous area, it is bright green in
spring and in summer, surrounded by high mountains at an
altitude of 475 meters above sea level.
About 2kms away from Vikla
Golf and Country Club
Two or three minutes drive takes you to the local restaurant
with highly recommended food and very friendly owners.

used as a whole, or individually, as each apartment
can be secured via connecting doors. This is an

but with privacy. The villa is laid out in an L
shape, with an attractive court yard and large pool,
with under water and pool side lighting, with sun
loungers tables and chairs.

the apartments are self contained, each with it's own
kitchen complete with appliances and apartments 1
& 3 have washing machines, apartment 2 a
dishwasher, all lounges have
TV, and each apartment has air conditioning.
This villa is perfect for those that want the best of
both worlds, a short drive from the beaches,
town and night life, with traditional village life
right on the doorstep. Because of the layout of the
villa, it is possible to either rent it as a whole, or
just one of the self contained apartments. For those
wishing to take a holiday with their whole family,
this is an excellent choice, the whole family can
holiday together, but with their own private
apartment, opening the adjoining doors for those
times when you want to get together.

golfers.

the secluded private pool, with underwater and
pool side lighting for those relaxing Cyprus nights.
The pool area is surrounded by plants and palm trees
for that added touch of luxury.
There is a pool side toilet and shower, the
adjoining court yard provides outside cooking and
washing up facilities. The pool is maintained twice
weekly all year round.

Each apartment has one double bedroom, there is also
an additional twin room available for apartments 1
& 2.
Hand and bath towels, bed linen
are supplied for guests, but please bring your own
beach and pool towels.
A hire
car is essential to see the area.
Maps and guides are provided in each of the
apartments.
The village kafenion is an excellent place for
morning greek coffee and meeting the locals.
Each village has is own restaurant and coffee bars.
(plentiful in the villages nearby)
Arrangements can be made for you to be meet in
Limassol to be guided to the villa.
